We offer customized facials, skin renewal treatments, waxing, body care, full-body lymphatic massage, memberships, and treatment packages designed to help you stop guessing what you need and finally receive care that fits your goals. But Nu-Birth is more than facials, waxing, skincare, or beauty services. It is an experience. A place where you are not rushed, overlooked, or treated like just another appointment. CANCELLATION POLICY
At Nu-Birth Spa and Beauty, every appointment is reserved especially for you. Because we are appointment-only and each service requires dedicated time, preparation, and care, we kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service total. No-shows may be charged up to 50% of the scheduled service total and may be required to pay a deposit before booking future appointments. Deposits are nonrefundable but may be transferred one time to a rescheduled appointment when at least 24 hours’ notice is provided. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service time so we can respect the next client’s appointment. If you arrive too late to safely or properly complete the service, the appointment may be treated as a late cancellation. We understand that life happens, and we will always do our best to be fair. This policy allows us to protect our schedule, honor each client’s reserved time, and continue providing intentional, unrushed care.
